There are 4 key pieces of legislation that relate to moving and assisting.

These are in addition to the Health and Safety at Work Act which was covered earlier in Standard 13. These are:

Health and Safety Executive

You need to know that they exist. You will have learnt more about the relevant bits if you have done moving and handling training which is required before you move anyone unsupervised.
