About this course
Foods provide our bodies with crucial nutrients like carbohydrates, fats and proteins and so on. We need the right nutrition in order to gain energy, keep warm and go about our daily lives in a healthy manner. Similarly, nutrition is also important in protecting us from diseases and building up immunity.
