Inclusion is a human right for every individual.

The aim of inclusion is to embrace all people irrespective of race, gender, and disability, medical or other needs, culture, age, religion and sexual orientation. It is about giving equal access and opportunities and getting rid of discrimination and intolerance.

You need to be aware of practices and services in your workplace that could exclude individuals and raise any issues with your manager. It might be possible to make changes to reduce the possibility of discrimination from taking placeIn 1955 a brave woman in America named Rosa Parks was tired of being denied equality. Rosa wanted to be fully included in society but this was denied to people labelled as black. Rosa sat down on a bus in a section reserved for white people.When Rosa was told to go to her place at the back of the bus, she refused to move. She was arrested and history was challenged and changed. She had sat down and thereby stood up for inclusion!
