Project Specifications:

  • Construct a 1.5m high cavity wall with one window opening (minimum 600mm width)

  • Incorporate proper damp-proof course installation

  • Include weep holes at 900mm intervals

  • Maintain consistent 75mm cavity width

Construction Methodology:

Foundation Preparation:

  1. Verify foundation level using laser equipment

  2. Mark wall alignment with chalk lines

  3. Install DPC membrane with 150mm minimum overlap

Wall Construction:

  1. Lay first course using gauge rods for consistency
